REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation or change of an appointment must be requested in advance via email.
To obtain a full refund, you must cancel at least 3 days before the start of the class. If you request a cancellation outside this period, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount.
To request changes to your appointment without penalty, it must be made at least 3 days before the class starts. If a change of appointment is requested outside this period, the applicant must pay 30 euros for each change made.
To request a cancellation of the booking due to an emergency, the applicant must provide supporting documentation, if he wants to be eligible for a 100% refund.
ANTI-FRAUD CHECK
The customer’s purchase can be deferred for anti-fraud checks. It can also be suspended longer for a more rigorous investigation, to prevent fraudulent transactions.
PRIVACY
